“Great place on the Cornwall/Devon border, equidistant from the stuff you can do in the Southwest. The food they serve is great, as is the staff I interacted with. An EV charger in the same parking area is very helpful, as well. I was surprised that my single room didn't have a TV. The water pressure and heat when trying to shower were never consistent (but usually okay). While not a comment about this hotel, know that this area doesn't have much for stuff to do. “Il luogo è meraviglioso e vicino c'è una spiaggia con gli scogli di una bellezza incredibile. La colazione era ottima e il personale gentile. Purtroppo, raggiungere la camera è molto difficoltoso con le valigie a causa di scale ripide e corridoi stretti (essendo probabilmente la struttura molto antica). Le camere non erano pulite, polvere e ragnatele ovunque. Bagno piccolissimo, un solo flaconcino di bagnoschiuma per tre persone e i materassi erano tremendi, andrebbero senz'altro sostituiti.”

“A very different hotel experience which we really enjoyed. Very quiet rooms, excellent food and an impressive wine list. Nearby we went on a Bodmin walk to see the stone circles. Also Rock, st ives and St Michael’s mount.”

“Lovely and relaxing Great place for us only 6/7min. From our daughter as we came to visit We would of loved if was air-conditioning in rooms, but as we had fans in your room was very helpful in the hottest day/nights. When fans are quiet, we did have one loud fan on one occasion we stayed But overall great place brilliant breakfast & food , staff very perlite,welcoming and helpful ,views fabulous we would definitely stay again Thank you horn of plenty Mr & Mrs Matthews”

“Really quaint b&b with historical background; very helpful staff; enormous bed; fantastic breakfast; dog-friendly; decor just needed refreshing! But a lovely overnight stay.”

“An excellent two night stay at a location we hadn't visited for some years. Our dog-friendly room was really clean . Evening meals were good. Breakfast was not included though we think it is provided at other times of the year. There was however a very good cafe and shop next door that served breakfast, coffee and snacks. We will be back to both establishments in the next few months”
