朝早く大連に到着したしたため、荷物だけでも預かってくれるか問い合わせたところ、すぐにチェックインしてくれた。 立地は大連駅が目の前で、コンビニも近くにありとても便利だった。 新型コロナウイルスの影響か、交通規制もあり車と織が少なかった。 早朝にチェックアウトするため、朝のタクシー情報をフロントに聞いたところ、親切に状況を教えてくれた。 部屋も年数の割には割と広く清潔だった。 総合的によっかったと思います。

止まった部屋のエアコンの効きが悪かったです。 設備は少し古いですが、清潔に保たれています。ウォシュレットは有難いです。立地はとてもいいです。スタッフも親切です。

日本語が通じるスタッフがいるので安心。予約時にキングサイズベッドをリクエストしても、2ベッドにされてしまう。現地で変更をお願いすると追加料金を要求される。ウォシュレット、バスタブを希望ならスタンダードルーム以上の予約がおすすめ。

清潔感に欠ける。フロントの従業員のボタンが取れてる。フロントにホコリがたまっている。廊下でイビキをかいている宿泊客が朝まで寝ていた。窓ガラスがホコリで外があまりよく見えない。シャワーを使ったら下から外に水があふれていた。

予約したのはキングベットだったが、チェックインするときに繰り返して予約したメールを見せても。予約したのはセールをするルームだと失礼の話を言われた。朝食を取ればグレードアップ部屋してくれると言われて朝早く出るので無理に取ることになった。とても不愉快だった。洗面台には前の客が使い残った歯ブラシの上に石鹸が置いていた。気持悪かった。

禁煙ルームを希望しましたが、部屋は喫煙所みたいな酷い臭い。ルームチェンジをしてもらいましたが、変更まで 小一時間。外出して戻るとルームキーが作動せず入室出来ず、キー変更に30分。グダグダな対応に振り回されてスケジュールが狂いました。 以前はとても良いサービスのホテルでしたが、経営母体が変わって質が落ちたようです。

約40分前にチェックイン。何も言われずやって頂く。ただ、クイーンベッド1ケの部屋のはずが、シングル2ケのツインルーム。即、フロントへ降り、変更ししてもらう。時間が勿体無い！トイレもウォシュレットかと思っていたが、無し。今まで此処で泊まった時は全てウォシュレットだったが、残念。

こちらが依頼してもいない一方的な部屋のアップグレードでも有料です。注意しましょう。

ホテルは地下鉄２号線の友好広場から出口Dから出て普照街を大連駅の方向に歩いて数分ところにあり、場所は非常に便利なところにありました。 無料のリムジンバスサービスがあるので、事前に問い合わせれば空港からホテルへも送迎して貰えるのかも知れませんが、空港ではカウンターを探すことが出来ず地下鉄を使ってホテルまで行きました。ホテルからはリムジンバスで空港に送ってもらえました。 チェックイン時に予約した部屋が用意出来ていないので、アップグレードすると言われて（家内は中国語がそれなりに話せるのでやり取りは中国語でした）、一泊１６０元だと言われたので、二人分で計算すると元々予定していたぼ宿泊料金と同じだったので、無料でアップグレードされるものとばかり思い承諾しましたが、チェックアウト時に明細を見ると一泊の宿泊料金に１６０元ずつが加算されていて非常に驚きました。 しかもその内容が部屋のアップグレード料金が１００元、朝食に６０元となっており、驚きを通り越して憤りを感じました。チェックイン時に対応してくれた男性スタッフからは朝食のことなど一切説明はなく、全く知らなかったため当然ながらホテルのレストランを利用することはなく毎朝近所のマクドナルドで食事をしていました。 強く抗議しましたが責任者らしき人間から事前に説明したの一点張り、しかも家内に説明したから理解していない方が悪いといった口ぶりで非常に腹が立ちました。頭に来て強い口調で抗議しましたが受け入れられず、飛行機の時間があるため止むなく諦めて支払いました（最終的には朝食代金が無くなり１００元が加算）が、非常に気分が悪く全く納得が行かないです。 他の方のコメントを見ると頻繁に「無料」でアップグレードされているようですが全くもって無料ではなかったですし、他の人たちも結局請求書に上乗せされていたのでは？と疑わしく思っています。アップグレードの話が出た時は書面で説明してもらい、良く内容を確認される事をお勧めします。 ともかくもスタッフの説明不足を棚に上げ、私の大切な家族を侮辱したこのホテルは絶対に許せません。
