Cabañas en Dalefield

“Excelente hotel y vista al lago. La pileta la ofrecen como lugar de descanso y zona de spa. Pero permiten el acceso a familias con niños, que estos corran, griten, naden. Lo que transforma al lugar en una pileta familiar y no de descanso y relajacion. Ademas de que no esta incluido en el precio, y uno debe pagar un extra para el acceso. Mala informacion al respecto de ese tema. Y mal dirigido por el hotel.”

“We know it's an experience and we took the "Standard Cabin (Double)" room, but it was so small, the room was freezing and the door didn't close well. If you want to bath in the hot tub, you need to pay, if you need some tools or ingredients to cook something in the common room, you need to rent it. It's not as bad as other hotels, but if we had known it we would have paid for another option in Queenstown. ”

“We had a great 3 nights in a lovely spacious room with nice decor & and outdoor area. We walked into the town (15 minutes) each morning for coffee. Our only complaint would be that servicing the room didn’t seem to include any cleaning or making of the bed, just fresh towels if requested. This was despite having a service request sign to hang on the door. It seemed strange to us & compared to other motels we've stayed at.”

“I didn't like the fact that there were holes in the bottom of the wall between the bathroom and the bedside cabinet. I was worried that mice or cockroaches might come through! (They didn't). The fan heater in the top of the wardrobe didn't work. However, I discovered the other heater, and the heat pump, so it didn't matter. Maybe a plank of wood could be attached to the bottom of the wall over the holes? And some putty in the holes further up? And the broken heater could be taken out of the...
