“Wouldn’t class this as a 4 star hotel.. it’s not only very out dated but just not clean or well kept at all. The bathroom is full of mould and dirt in all the corners, changing rooms for the spas are similar. Sauna has bugs crawling around it - not sure how they were alive in that heat. Someone must have had afternoon tea on the pool side room and this didn’t get tidied up for 3 hours.. not the best impression to be staring at a table of dirty dishes.
