“This accommodation is excellent. It is a converted boat which was built in 1839 and used as a floating lighthouse off the east coast of England. The owners are polite and helpful and are on site.”

“It was lovely we stayed for 2 nights for our wedding. We stayed in the Balfour suite. The breakfast was delicious, and the service was great too. Really made our wedding extra special having such a nice place to get ready and to come back to after the party”

“website says the small room use downstairs bathroom so we paid the extra for bigger room but still made to used the downstairs one. paid the extra 20 pounds for a late check out(2 hours). Can't use the living room. Basically you can just stay in your room. 20 minutes walk to the nearest shop.”

“Positives good parking good location , after that all negatives reception and procedures for checking in poor and area felt uncared for . Room felt icky needed complete refurbishment painting tatty carpets need throwing out . I would say unless you are desperate to be in this area give it a miss .”
