Vacations Close To Curtis M. Phillips Center

Clean and spacious rooms and lots of amenities. The beds and pillows need some work though they are not at all comfortable. The place is very spread out so thankfully we were able to get in the car to get to everything.

Clean room. Helpful, knowledgeable and courteous staff. Starbucks was open. Many shops, stores and restaurants nearby. Great Asian takeout located in the Florida Mall. Ample parking.

The pools and lazy river are great places to cool off. The decor of vintage 1960’s “cabana club style” environment and atmosphere made the experience super cool! Love the old school rock and roll they play and the videos of retro cartoons. The family suite is perfect for a family of 4-5 people. The early parks access is a great benefit. Definitely will go back!

Very disappointed that the pictures show doors going to a balcony, but the doors do not open.,very disappointed that the pictures show a kitchen, but literally no plates or utensils to use. Not even a spoon for coffee. Had to ask for pillows and bedding for the sleeper sofa.

Terrible resort experience! The checkin process is ridiculous! We stood in line for over 1 hour before the process started. Once at the desk with a rep. it took another 35 mins. or so to go through everything and get the room keys. We opened the door to the room and there was a horrid smell, dirty floors, crumbs from the previous guest on the sofas, no linens for the pull out bed and not enough towels for all the guest booked in my party. I called downstairs to notify front desk and their response was turn on the a/c, housekeeping would come spray air freshener and also get the room cleaned properly. It took almost 4 hours for the room to be cleaned and air freshener sprayed and still no towels. The kids went to the pool and came back and still no towels. I reached out to front desk via phone and text to notify staff that we were still in need and the request was made multiple times over 7 hours ago. I was told the request was in and someone would bring them shortly. Right before the 9 hour mark, towels arrived and there were what appeared to be pubic hairs in 3 of the larger towels. I requested a call to the room or my cellphone from management and no one ever called. I thought a sincere apology for the issues we encountered on day was more than appropriate. Needless to say, I'm back home and that call still hasn't happened. My kids enjoyed the waterpark and pools. I thought this place would be our new mini vacay spot, but that's a negative.
