Vacations Close To Regal Royal Park

Great hotel. Has everything that I needed. Made it easy to attend a conference there.

The description said Bfast but it's not included. Description also says self parking but that is also an adsitibal $25/night. Too many sickle and diming for such a big establishment

Hotel was at a convient location and nice. Our rooms floor wasnt clean but everything else was. I wish the menu had more choices and ur elevators were faster but id give it a 8/10. Wish yall had a hot tub or pool

The property itself was very nice. That’s the only positive thing I can say about our stay. There is nobody that can help you in the event of an issue. For example, we were only given one parking tag but we had two cars in our party. There wasn’t anybody to talk to, no number to call, no email that could get us in contact with somebody that could resolve the issue. We got a warning on the first night of our stay and were forced to park our second car elsewhere or risk it being towed. Also, the bathtubs are very slippery. Everybody in our party nearly slipped and fell on the first night. Then on the morning we went to leave as, when we were making our final trips with our bags to the cars (this was 30 minutes before our checkout time) the key pad lock reset the passcode and we were locked out of the room. We still had stuff inside and needed to return the parking tag. This was a Sunday so the front office was closed and we were unable to get any help from any number we called. So we had to sit outside the apartment until housekeeping came 45 minutes later to be let into the room. There is NO help for ANY issue you may run into because even the number given cycles back to the main menu because nobody answers the phone. And even when you do find a way to talk to somebody, it’s always somebody else’s issue to fix or they’re unable to help. So unless you are prepared to have absolutely no issues during your stay here, I would find another place to stay.

Breakfast isn't included—even though it said it was—and they charge you $35 a day for parking, plus daily taxes and other fees for things that aren't specified.
