Vacations Close To Curaloe Aloe Vera Plantation

Perfect place to stay with great breakfast. Helpful and nice staff. Very close to Emma Bridge and all the things to see.

Kura Botanica was an excellent place to stay, with a fantastic location and friendly, attentive staff. It is ideal for travellers looking for convenient access to restaurants, sightseeing attractions, and the nearby town. The proximity to town made it especially enjoyable for evening strolls, leisure activities, and dining out. Overall, a wonderful location that made our stay both comfortable and enjoyable.

Lack of staff is affecting the operation of this place. Very poor.

TERRIBLE. LOOK SOMEWHERE ELSE IS ALL I CAN SAY AND THATS BEING NICE. 1. AC did not work, all of my family was given a fan for our rooms as if this was normal 2. You pay extra for PREFERRED - NOTHING is preferred, you make your own drink in a separate room with chicken nuggets available. That is preferred. See view of my ocean view room 3. Cleaning service sucks, my toilet was never cleaned 4. Our rags were removed and not returned and when I went to the front desk at 10pm, was told room service goes home at 8pm and I would have to wait until morning. A nice gentleman went somewhere far to get me 2 rags and they were not even nice”preferred” 5. Very small resort with not much to do 6. Canopy beds were first come first serve but always available as they were not appealing in the first place 7. Beds are hard 8. Food was horrible and not many options I can keep going but I don’t have the time. I know other Dreams properties are nice, but would not be returning and actually make me think 4x about any other Dreams properties.

Room was clean, shower and bathroom were okay. Mold around lots of the caulking in the shower, shower leaked to the bathroom floor, water didn’t get hot, only warm. Majority of staff were slow moving and not friendly. Constantly out of cups at the bar. Pool bar was NEVER staffed for all 7 days. Lines and waiting every time to get a drink. Bar does not open until 10am. No drinks before. Could not get ice before 10am. Pool had algae growing every day. Great location, beautiful view from beach. However, ocean beach entry is rocky and can cut your feet. No maintenance of beach entry. Sand is thin on beach making it rough and hard. Beach towel attendant scolds people for not returning towels previous day. Beach and pool loungers in poor and saggy condition. No meals available from 11:00-12:30! Never stocked our mini refrigerator in room without calling to request. 5 of 7 days did not restock refrigerator even after request. Restaurant dinners are not all-inclusive, because there are upgrade options for every meal that require paying…good wine, better steak, lobster, etc. only for additional cost. THAT IS NOT ALL-INCLUSIVE. Waits for dinner every night. Poor waiting options regarding seating, getting drinks, Only place to eat, open every night is the average at best buffet. Food was okay at best at all the restaurants. None of the food was impressive at all. Ice cream window closes 5pm, hosts one or possibly 2 flavors each day. Not service oriented throughout resort experience!

Apart from the grounds which were lovely the interior of the hotel left a lot to be desired. Needs some real upgrades.
