The room was clean and neat. Latoya was assigned to clean our room. She was very personable, thorough in cleaning and helpful in showing me how to use the washer/dryer in the room. There were many choices at breakfast. The breakfast area was small and sometimes tables weren’t cleaned up on time. They were also slow in replenishing items. Overall we enjoyed staying in the unit.

Room was cleaned everyday. Sheets were changed every 3 days. Towels changed everyday if requested. Staff (reception, housecleaning, security, bar/ restaurant) friendly and able to communicate in English effectively. Wifi worked excellent. Breakfast was tasty with a wide variety of options and live omelette and pancake station. Secured parking on the compound if you decide to rent a vehicle for your stay. Location is very convenient for trips in and out of the city and popular beaches/ beach clubs.

The place was beautiful and very clean, the staff were decent. Little bit of a language barrier with some of the staff, overall was very friendly. Zia and kendrion at the hotel bar were amazing and treated us very well. Housekeeping came very early, asked if they could come in the afternoon one of them was impatient but other one that we got was very nice and understanding. For travel experience on the island was very smooth, hotel had an app for 24/7 drivers, where you could see the price of the drive. Very helpful. You are able to stick with one person for your whole trip which was amazing. Overall would recommend this place especially if want a kid free getaway

It was honestly more than I expected. The room was clean and came with a fully functional kitchenette and a washing machine, the location was also ideal. Only issue was the AC dripped alot of water but I believe they were in the process of replacing it. Other than that, I would definitely recommend.

The only down side is that the restaurant and bar is far from the residence/suites. Otherwise, this was a great start and I loved the location - walking distance to the Queen Emma bridge, market, museum etc

Service was excellent, my husband forgot his backpack in the taxi and the hotel staff help us by calling the 3 set of taxi service in the airport to notify them and we got it back the next day with everything inside. So thank you to the 2 women who helped us ❤️. Also the hotel is walking distance from the bridge.

Overall…the stay was wonderful, the only thing that could have been better was the temperature of the water (which is Solar Powered). That is the only hiccup as we like hot showers and for most of our stay it was lukewarm. Otherwise GREAT location, easy access, air conditioned, bar and restaurant on the property, pool, fireworks, easy access to Taxis (if you decide not to rent a car), and secure. Clean rooms and having a kitchen with a fridge, microwave, stove top, pots, plates, and laundry were also a PLUS. Stayed in the Panoramic Presidential and it was worth every penny!

Stayed at The Ritz Village for 7 days in their advertised Penthouse Suite. However don’t be fooled by the word Penthouse lol. The room was small very small but the view was Penthouse worthy. They are very stingy with towels and they don’t give you wash clothes so bring your own. I always travel with my own personal items. The service was great, the food just ok but it is in a prime location. If you wanted to you could walk to the mambo attractions. Great stay!

The rooms that are advertised are only the high end rooms, the basic rooms featured painted concrete floors. My friend’s room had a broken lock when we arrived and had to be switched to another room for the night. My room smelled musty like mold so for someone with breathing issues it may not have been the best. Not all rooms have American electrical sockets, some strictly have European so you’d have to travel with a converter just to be safe (or purchase one there). The breakfast buffet was ok, decent variety of items both hot and cold, coffee, tea, fruits, yogurt. The dining/bar/pool area was pretty decent as well, the grotto area in the pool is a nice touch. The pool table was out of service. Most of the staff were pretty helpful and pleasant. The place could do with some renovations/improvements. If you’re ok with just somewhere to lay your head after spending days out and about then you’d be fine.
