No information was made available to get breakfast or any amenities that were included in the booking. The only staff interaction was with the cleaners at the door when they came to clean. Some hidden fees : resort fees and resort fee tax were charged on the security deposit without any prior knowledge or indication and which were supposed to be included at the time of booking. This is unacceptable.

The location, price and amenities that the hotel offers are amazing. The cleanliness and top dining options the hotel offers are top shelf.

Service at Fulton Cafe was a bit slow. We enjoyed the Piano Bar but staff weren’t very friendly. Room was nice, but pillows were too firm. I wish they offered two soft and two firm pillows rather than four firm. Overall, happy with our stay.

Our room was not clean, the tub had black marks and stains coming down the walls from the tub, hairs in the shower, and dusty coffee tables.

Ice machine has a water dispenser next to it!
