Vacations Close To Cross Ranch State Park

Not the best place to stay!

We had a group of youth and everyone was really friendly and helpful.

This hotel has been renovated and it shows! Our room was wonderful---looked brand new. Great hotel breakfast and breakfast room, and even a sports bar within the property. The desk staff were friendly and helpful as well.

Clean spacious room! Nice and quiet too.

This property needs updating. The mattresses were soft and uncomfortable (rolled to the middle). There was mold in the tub and on the shower curtain. The staff was helpful and friendly.

The 1st room was not clean, a King Suite. When brought up the staff didn't seem to care. We did get a new room but didn't feel too happy about the whole situation.

The breakfast was ok, but there was no one keeping the food stocked. The place was busy and you had to wait until someone brought food out. Also, we asked for clean wash cloths and hand towels, and to empty the trash can. The dirty towels were on the floor next to the trash can, but were not picked up. Who empties the trash and leaves the dirty stuff on the floor? We had to go and ask for clean lines. Finally, I asked for a receipt. The desk help would not give me one, but would email me one. I don’t think she wanted to be bothered.
