“It is a real find when looking for somewhere to stay in Wales. It is a Very quirky wedding / conference / restraunt venue. The food was excellent, and as the place is a little out of the way, it was great to be able to enjoy a meal and a lovely breakfast in situ! Great views at the back of the property but it is on a main road.”

“We received a warm welcome from the host, with drinks served in the garden on arrival. Our room was very comfortable and well presented to a high standard. Breakfast on both days had a wide choice and was delicious with friendly service throughout our stay. We would highly recommend this country house hotel to anyone staying in this lovely part of Wales.”

“The hotel is well maintained and presented. It feels recently refurbed. The room was good and the bed was super comfy! We had a rear facing room and it was very peaceful. The staff were bright and cheerful from the moment they met us to the moment we departed - that’s all staff, by the way, that we met. The entrance to the car park is tight but fine if you go slow and reverse a little to square up for the drive in. Excellent shopping / anmenities in town too. Overall, a very pleasant place for...

“You have to pay for parking £5 for 24hrs then claim £2 back at the bar, this is not mentioned. Accommodation bath handles loose,peeling wallpaper gaps round window. Had to ask for a fan in heatwave which the lady on reception did find. Food standard. The fact they had delivers during the night meant little sleep as room overlooked carpark.went there 10years ago and was looking forward to returning i know wisk I had gone else where. Some staff where pleasant others not so much.”
