“What starts badly ends badly. The reception staff were quite rude, and the duty manager, Carolina, is unpleasant. My experience at the hotel was awful; I didn't feel comfortable from the first moment until the very end. The most tragic thing is that on my last day, the toilet wasn't working. A bathrobe would have been appreciated. The quality-to-service ratio is quite mediocre. The best things about the hotel are the outdoor areas, the pool, and the breakfast!”

“El hotel es antiguo, no tenía aire acondicionado activado, no te ofrecen botella de agua como complemento en la habitación, tampoco café o té , el esatacionamiento lo cobran 20 Euros por la estadía y después del Checkout son 3 Euros la hora, si vas a visitar las islas demorarás 6 horas es decir 18 Euros más . Lo que sí, el desayuno es muy bueno, aunque los mozos un poco descorteses .”

“Hotel Familiar, ubicación magnífica, frente al Lago y el paseo marítimo y a 3 minutos andando del centro de Stresa ( muchos y buenos restaurantes) y de la terminal de barcos. Mención especial al personal, atentos, serviciales, dispuestos a ayudar en todo. Se nota el cariño y la implicación de la familia. Bravo! Tuvimos un problema logístico y se han portado de lujo. Camas cómodas, buen baño, buen desayuno en salón con vistas al Lago. Buena piscina. Mejor reservar habitaciones vista al Lago,...

“The hotel was close to train station and ferry to islands. The staff were very accommodating. The balcony on the third floor had an amazing view of the lake. Short 15 minute pleasant walk to city center. A little noisy with traffic but we were visiting islands and marketplace and evening was quieter. Would definitely stay there again. Our server Abdul at dinner was so courteous and good with customers. Food good!”

“Las habitaciones impecables, el personal muy amable y profesional, el desayuno era bueno, de 9, y el bar muy bien servido. La zona de piscina no es muy grande y aunque hay aparcamiento gratis, una vez se completan las plazas en el hotel, hay que llevar el coche a una parcela que está junto al hotel pero no muy bien preparada de aparcamiento y sin mucho control.”

“This hotel is absolutely wonderful. The only complaint is the 5% service charge that shows up on the bill at the end of the trip. They charge 5% on the entire stay, room charge and all. I was tipping throughout my stay not knowing about this charge. You are allowed to decline the charge but similar to the U.S. you’re kinda shamed into accepting. Buyer beware!”
