“Not a 5 star hotel but gave 5 star because it was perfect for what we needed. Very clean, staff were helpful and friendly. It was so convenient to be right by the tube. Had no problem with noise. ”

“Filthy, unattended, drains clogged up, short of staff… by far this has been the worst hotel I have been in. The cleanliness and basic service performance is appalling. All the drains are clogged up. Other guests were also complaining and the staff couldn’t care less.
Do not stay with Travelodge. Their standards have gone way below those of a cheap-hotel alternative. ”
