This is a great hotel with wonderful staff. The restaurant staff are fantastic and when I had problems with not being able to charge my phone and iPad in the room, the staff that came to help were very helpful. The onsite electrician was very kind and helpful. I would definitely return.

Brilliant staff and services. It was my first time staying here. Will definitely be visiting again. Very accommodating. I would like to thank the receptionists Esse and Hafsa for the a nice and easy check in and check out service with smiles on their faces. All staff including catering and housekeeping were polite and if I knew their names, I would have mentioned them. Lovely experience.

My daughter and I had an amazing stay at Chelsea Harbour Hotel during our Wimbledon trip. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and took great care of us throughout our visit. The hotel itself was excellent, and having access to the pool and gym was a wonderful bonus after long days at Wimbledon. We also used the in-room dining service several times, and every meal was delicious, fresh, and arrived promptly. The concierge and front desk were incredibly helpful with arranging taxis, making it easy to get around London without any stress. Thank you to the entire team for making our Wimbledon experience even more memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend the hotel to anyone visiting London.

The whole team were great but special commendation to the lady who served evening dinner she was charming and helpful and also to Aseel on reception (who I think is still training although you wouldn't think so) who dealt with our queries and checkout with great efficiency and follow up - both a credit to your organisation
