“Beautiful grounds on arrival and very impressed. Unfortunately, receptionist was very condescending because we had booked through expedia therefore no fee spa access! We weren't told where anything was or what we had to do for breakfast or how to get to our room!! Room was a distance away and smelt a bit, but lovely comfortable bed and massive shower. “No running water in the leisure building between 2.30pm and 4.30pm which we didnt know until we were already in pool so no showers etc. Kids in the adult only/spa guests only area playing in the jacuzzi/spa pool, roudy group in the relaxation room, reception apologised but didnt seem bothered. Significant mould in the cafe/reception area. Hoses laying untaped on the footpath. Rooms showing lots of signs of age and desperately in need of TLC (shower grout, peeling paint and wallpaper, frayed...
