Everything was perfect

I’d give this resort 10 stars if I could. My wife and I went for our honeymoon and stood in a Villa. The staff, resort, and amenities truly made the vacation unforgettable. Everything from start to finish was well thought out and taken care of. We really didn’t have to think or plan for the entire week. Highly highly highly recommend this resort. The staff members, especially Trudy-Ann, Orett, Eric, Alex, Ryan Sam, and Omar could not have been more fun or made our vacation truly unforgettable. Amazing food, amazing people, amazing views, and very peaceful.

We explained the situation, and they attempted to fix the lock. Unfortunately, the same problem occurred the following morning. It was only after I submitted feedback through the app that someone came and replaced the lock completely. The food selection was also disappointing. As a local guest, I would have appreciated a wider variety of Jamaican dishes. Much of the selection seemed geared toward American cuisine, and I felt there could have been a better balance. Clearer room descriptions, quicker resolution of maintenance issues, and more variety in the local food offerings would have made a significant differ
