“My partner and I travelled from London and booked a one-night stay here, and I have to say, this hotel had everything we were looking for. Check-in was seamless. The lady at reception was incredibly professional and polite, with such a lovely personality and welcoming smile. Our room was great — clean, fresh, tidy and very comfortable. “Disappointing. On arrival to the room, there was a distinct musty smell. Not pleasant and still present after opening the windows. No WiFi in the room. Breakfast was almost non existent. For a pub/hotel that promotes its food service and quality, a couple of boxes of cereal and a few miniature pastries was not what was expected or advised. A cooked choice would be expected (and was advertised)”
