Great variety in food and excellent

I have stayed at secretes Cozumel several times. The group I was with switched it up this year and went to dreams. It was great. Same great service from resort.

Access to all pools is prohibited, we were told you had to pay extra, that is one reason we will not return to this hotel, apart from that I must say everything else was good, food was good, room and staff were exceptional.

Great staff Great location and views Dive with Pepe Divers

Great location near town and on the water. Clean, quiet rooms with great housekeeping. Pools were kept up nice. Walk through tunnel under the road makes traversing the main road to get to and from the water a breeze. This is a fairly dive-oriented location - dive shop was a huge help for information as well as getting equipment sorted. Concierge was very friendly and was a great help in booking some scooters for a day adventure around the island. A word of caution - if you are doing all-inclusive, don't expect crazy amount of drinks and food at each turn like you may be used to in Playa or Cancun. Service tended to be a bit slow and it seemed that drinks were given out sparingly. Food was OK - some days were better than others. Again, service tended to be slow - (which we were perfectly fine with) but others may be a bit frustrated with. What we had found is find the good service staff and make a connection with them and tip them well. They will go out of their way to help. Roger was a superstar in the pool area for us. All in all, a good place to stay. If you are looking for a place to do a dive-centric trip, this location is convenient and will work nicely!

We stayed here for the first time in June - me, my husband, and three kids (10, 7, 3). We had an amazing time! The food was delicious at all the restaurants (we especially loved Momo and Flamingos), the drinks were yummy, views amazing, and staff exceptional. A few highlights: -Entertainment and Kids crew were FANTASTIC. Fernando and Moises had our kids involved in every volleyball game, every race etc. They were so much fun and brought so much energy. Leslie, Yara, Maria, and Diane with the kids crew were something else. They remembered our kids names and would go looking for them, making sure they knew about all the activities for the day. There was face painting, glitter tattoos, key chain and bracelet making, games, etc. not to mention the fun kids room. They were so kind and my kiddos had so much fun with them. -We also had so many great servers throughout the week - Omar and Betsabe. Shout out to Antonio at Flamingo and Chacaron at Momo who helped make those restaurants so delightful. Martha at the breakfast brunch...sweetest lady EVER. We would walk in and she would come give us all hugs and talk to the kids. -One of our favorite parts of the trip was the snorkeling off the dock. We went almost daily! We saw beautiful fish, an eel, and manta rays right off the resort. The resort has snorkeling gear to use along with long boards and kayaks. No need to even ever leave. I would come back here a thousand %!
