The hotel is in a very good location, with everything nearby and easy access to the main areas of Nice. However, the overall experience does not match the price, as it feels too expensive for the level of service provided.
The rooms are not cleaned daily, and there is no staff available to assist guests or handle issues when needed. In addition, there is no 24-hour lobby or reception, which can be inconvenient, especially for late arrivals or unexpected situations.
Overall, the location is excellent, but the service and guest support need significant improvement to justify the price.

From check in to check out, the staff didn’t miss a beat. So helpful, amiable, and each with great personalities. I enjoyed my stay in my upgraded balcony room that was everything and more. Already planning to come back. Such a great accommodation!
