Vacations Close To Count Basie Theater

Security room door lock was pried off of door frame/room safe was without lock & key. Advertised pool was completely non-functional and blocked off from guests. Parking attendants wrecklously moving cars almost hitting me & wife yelling at people… Three hours to check in/front desk clerk crying she can’t handle the short staffing situation… Property beach bar with rave party til 2:00am with drunk/high patrons screaming in parking lot and knocking on doors on fourth floor. A nightmare on 14th Street & Beach in Brigantine!

I try to visit the Borgata at least once a year, and we have a great experience every time. The hotel is beautifully maintained, and the staff is consistently courteous and helpful. There’s always something to do, from the casino to the restaurants and shows at the Music Box, making each stay enjoyable and memorable.
