“Nice property in a good location.”

“We had a comfortable overnight stay (very comfortable bed!). Having been to a wedding reception that day, we didn’t want much to eat, but found just what we wanted, even though the menu is not extensive. The food was good and the fish and chips are obviously a popular choice, and looked delicious. Breakfast was good. Staff very helpful and friendly.”

“The bathroom was in a poor start of repair. The side bath panel was water damaged and obviously been treated and then left Showing further damage and falling apart. The bathroom mirror required changing with various black marks across it. The thermostatic controls were really stiff and couldn’t be fully used for both hot and cold. “Lovely place to stay and hot breakfast was delicious”

“I enjoyed my short stat at The White Horse Hotel, and when coming back to Leiston I would most definitely stay here. I had an evening meal which was served piping hot and most enjoyable.”

“We loved our stay at the Bell. Very comfortable and friendly with great facilities.”

The view from the room was great and the room itself was spacious, it could have benefited from a fridge and some of the roller...

“Ideal for what I needed, arriving in the dark was tricky as there was no light over the access door. Good value for money”

“Proper country pub great food and ale and quiet location”

“A reasonable hotel with a good restaurant. Very good food available in the dining room, staff helpful and pleasant. A lack of heating and hot water marred our stay (in November) but otherwise good”

“Superb break away, in tranquil setting, great breakfast Good sized rooms”

“Serviced Room rather than a hotel but no problem in finding it and gaining access! Excellent for comfort and cleanliness with good shower!”

“Used the spa - staff in spa were lovely. Though two masseuses. both my partner and I booked the same treatment. We had completely different experiences. Both half hour one finished after 20 mins and one was full half hour. Lunch with the spa - the spa man who was lovely had to serve it. The restaurant staff refused to do anything. Didn’t clear plates nothing. 4 tables in there and 5 staff stood behind the bar talking ignoring my presence for a few minutes, I left and returned and when I asked...
