“Aquí todas la estrellas van para el personal de concierge. El hotel tiene instalaciones impecables pero lo que lo hace especial es el servicio. Gracias a Harry y Lans de concierge por hacerme la vida más fácil. Aún con la barrera del idioma se esforzaron para incluso enviar mi equipaje a Shanghai por paquetería. Siempre que necesité un taxi o imprimir algún documento ellos se encargaron. Ojala todos los Hilton tuvieran esa calidad de servicio. Gracias a todo el personal ”

“An excellent stay at this hotel, it’s even nicer in person, the photos on hotels.com dont do this hotel justice. Our room was very spacious with big windows and nice views. Very good value for the price. The third floor lobby, restaurant and outdoor garden are also beautiful. The breakfast and dinner were delicious and very reasonably priced. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. Only a 7 minute didi ride to universal studios. Highly recommend Crowne Plaza! ”

“Hotel grande, bonito cómodo, buen servicio, no está muy nuevo, pero está bien cuidado, nos dieron una habitación enorme y con todas las amenidades. Sin duda volvería!! Nos llevaron al aeropuerto y todo estuvo perfecto, el buffet está muy completo!!! Buen lugar para estar cerca del aeropuerto ”
