Common Island Vacations

This time, we upgraded to a newer room. It made a big difference. I will say that the fact two or more of the pools were closed made our stay not as fun. Also; the parking area and elevators need some cleaning. There was urine and thrash in that area, not what you expect from the Rio.

The hallways smells amazing, I opened the door to my room and was hit with the old stale smoke smell. The views from my room were amazing, the windows just could use a good cleaning. The water pressure in the shower was good and there was instant hot water. I checked in on Thursday, housekeeping came on Friday and that was it. I checked out on Monday with housekeeping never having come back to my room.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ An Exceptional Stay From Start to Finish From the moment I arrived, this hotel exceeded every expectation. The welcome was warm, professional, and genuinely personal, setting the tone for what turned out to be an outstanding stay. The room was immaculate, spacious, and beautifully appointed, with every detail thoughtfully considered. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, while the facilities and amenities made it easy to relax and unwind after a busy day. What truly sets this hotel apart is the quality of service. Every member of the team went above and beyond to ensure my stay was enjoyable, always friendly, attentive, and willing to help with a smile. It's rare to find a hotel where hospitality feels so authentic. The food was equally impressive, with an excellent selection and fantastic quality throughout. Whether at breakfast, lunch, or dinner, every meal was well-presented and delicious. The hotel's location, atmosphere, and attention to detail combine to create a truly memorable experience. It's clear that the management and team take immense pride in what they do, and it shows in every aspect of the guest experience. I travel regularly and stay in many hotels throughout the year, but this is one that genuinely stands out. I would not hesitate to return and highly recommend it to anyone looking for exceptional service, comfort, and quality. A fantastic hotel run by an outstanding team. Thank you for making my stay so enjoyab
