Vacations Close To Common Ground Park

The overall experience was great. The Hotel and Restaurant were very nice, and the grounds were well maintained.

Extremely disappointed with CoCo Key Resort! Check-in was at 4 PM, yet my room wasn’t ready until 7 PM! The front desk service was horrible. An employee I believe was named Conner completely ignored me when asked to assist, choosing another guest instead. I was passed between FOUR employees before an African American gentleman in a suit finally helped. He was the only one who demonstrated genuine hospitality. I booked this resort specifically for the water park, only to discover it was CLOSED on Monday! Neither Expedia nor the hotel disclosed this. Had I known, I would’ve booked closer to LEGOLAND, where I spent $200 on round-trip transportation. The rooms were dark, with barely any lighting. The towels were so tiny they barely covered my 3-year-old son! Housekeeping carts were constantly heard throughout the day, and construction was taking place in multiple rooms without prior notice. Breakfast was disappointing, and lunch was mediocre, aside from the wings, tenders, and fries. When I requested a refund, manager Sadie refused, stating I booked through Expedia instead of directly with the hotel and would’ve known about the October Monday closures otherwise. Absolutely unacceptable! Why should third-party guests be denied important information? Terrible communication, poor hospitality, and zero accountability! I will NEVER return or recommend this resort!

The staff was very friendly and the property was clean and exactly like the pictures.

We had a leaky toilet that was quickly fixed. Property was clean and quite. Nice location near everything we were visiting. Only issue was the drains in the room were extremely slow in both bathrooms

100 % recommended 👍 👍

We had a great time staying at this hotel with our kids and friends! It was the perfect opportunity to make memories, have fun, and enjoy time together. The kids had a blast, and everyone enjoyed the experience. Traveling with family and friends made the stay even more special. We would definitely consider coming back for another fun getaway! ❤️🏨👨‍👩‍👦‍👦
