What I like about Westgate Town Center Resort, is that this resort is close to the Disney Theme Parks. The resort has many restaurants where to choose from. And so many activities for children and a big dog park. Wonderful!

Great for families with lots of entertainment for children of all ages. I would be aware of fees associated with stay. The water park admission is not included with your stay. The ice skating, daily kids activities, and arcade are also not included. It was nice for the purpose it served but probaly wouldn’t return.

I loved the landscape, the up to date rooms, the balconies with water view was perfect, cleanliness was good. I was under impressed by some of the activities equipment being out of order and having to pay so much for most which is quite costly if you're traveling with a family.

The stay was good; my only issue was the laundry—the washers and dryers on the 4th floor of building 5400 were in very poor condition and didn't work properly. We traveled as a family of 3. The 1 br room was really nice and separated. For someone who’s never been here, this place is huge! It took me a good 24 hours of “exploring” to get a good grip on everything. They really do have just about anything you need there, if not it is directly across the Main Street from the biggest Walmart I’ve ever been to in my life! Perfect location for gift shops and waterparks Disney and everything else is close. The water park at the resort was the best! It’s FULL of different activities and water slides. The lazy man river was a fan favorite and we spent hours there! The property is beautiful and has wildlife. My son absolutely loved it and so did we, can’t wait to come back!

Everything was going well until they asked me to do a meeting for 90 minutes I said it was ok but they said the info would be great and to past on and free breakfast once they were offering me a time share and I didn’t want to take it they kept pressuring me and send a person after another trying to get me to sign up the last person they sent was super rude and told me since I didn’t want to take the offer that I’m not welcome back anymore because this place if for people that hold a time share not no hotel so for the rest of my stay I felt weird and hoping I wouldn’t see that last lady but other then that it’s a cute place for families

I liked that it was close to the parks, our room was spacious but the carpet could use cleaning our socks were very dirty and our grandbaby was crawling her knees were dirty. Not enough pots and cooking utensils to cook. but we may do it whatever was there.

This is the resort that I normally go to when I travel to Florida because one it’s close to Magic kingdom and I loved it the initials few times I’ve stayed, However lately it’s becoming a form of business with these Timeshare seminars and the presenters, feeling a form of being pressure to purchase one without trying to research information that isn’t given to you during the seminar, when you ask to give a few to do your own research they get upset and you feel a since of obligation to purchase when hence your reason for staying at the resort is to be on vacation and enjoy family time rather than taking up 90 minutes plus with a form of business. They offer amenities upon giving your time but the pressure, the attitude and everything that comes along with it is not needed. You have to call for house cleaning to change and clean your room daily, we stayed for four nights and I had to call for additional towels and to clean the room after day two but overall the resort is a good place to stay, it’s not that bad but there are a few things that can be fine tuned.

One of the main reasons we chose the resort was the water park that was advertised along with the property and our stay. We specifically came with the intention of enjoying the water park as part of my birthday trip, so it was extremely disappointing to arrive and find out that we would have to pay approximately another $100 total for my family just to access it. Had that additional cost been made clear to us beforehand, it absolutely would have affected our decision when booking. Instead, we arrived expecting the water park to be part of the resort experience we had already paid for and were hit with an unexpected additional expense. I understand that there may be separate admission policies, but I feel the way the water park was presented when booking created a very different expectation. Since this was supposed to be a special birthday stay with my family, the situation definitely took away from the experience. I’m hoping Westgate can do something to make this right. I would greatly appreciate consideration for a partial credit/refund, complimentary water park admission, a discounted or complimentary future stay, or another form of compensation that would give my family an opportunity to come back and have the experience we originally expected. I’d like to continue having a positive impression of Westgate, so I hope you’re able to help resolve this.
