“We loved our stay here! The space was beautiful, it was super clean, and we had everything we needed. It was right off the main street too on a cute brick road. We wish we could've had more time to stay there. Tracy ran the bnb and also made us breakfast in the morning. We would 100% stay there again if we return to Columbus.”

“Best check-in & communication from a host I’ve ever experienced. Property was as described & such a great vibe. Bed super comfy. I booked this unit because it had a bathtub but stopper didn’t work. Understood host may not have known this. They were quick to respond to the issue. BTW garbage truck comes Thursday morning 6am 😉. Will definitely be back!”

“super perfect”

“First of all, these folks are extremely nice. Anything I needed, they were available. That being said, there were a couple issues (which I already discussed with the host so they won’t be surprised.). First, these cleaning should have been better. The freezer and the fridge weren’t clean; there were hair and crumbs in both sides. There were cobwebs with bugs in some of the corners. The icemaker and water dispenser were broken. The plug for the tub was broken so you couldn’t take a bath...

“Great location, nice people”

“The Jungle Room was super cute and comfy! We even had a little patio to have a glass of wine! We had excellent communication from management and had no issues. It’s in a great location with tons of restaurants and bars. We were in town for a hockey game and it’s just a quick walk.”

“Charging for Internet in 2020 is like trying to charge for Toilet Paper... o for clean pillows..... +USD400 per night.. and you want to charge for internet... and USD38 for Valet.... not to mention... room was very noisy... highway noise... elevator door bell.... again +USD400 per night... sorry never going back... ”

“I liked it a lot!”

“Great hotel will be back”

“The hotel was a fairly short walk from the convention center. The staff were friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was decent. Making my own waffles was fun and delicious. I wish they would've had whipping cream and berries to put on the waffles. The room had a nice view. My only complaint about our room was we were on a non smoking floor and we had noisy smokers staying above us so we could hear and smell them. I ran the kitchen exhaust fan and that helped cover up their noise and dispensed...
