Everything was wonderful. The staff was great however the construction that I was not a made aware of on spruce Street next to the hotel, made it very difficult to check in the only way to get in was to do valet parking.

Great free breakfast daily. Only complaint was my floor (4th) had a bit of a musty smell. My room felt damp, even with the air conditioning on. Dampness surprisingly improved with the a/c off. Pillows smelled a little musty and were way too soft. My friend who stayed in another room in the hotel had a similar complaint, even noting some mold in her room. A lot of construction around the hotel.

Although room was specifically described as 'cityview'; my view was of an office building next door. My room was provided one wash/facecloth. I travel frequently so I had my own, didn't need to call down once I realized there was only one. Lastly, 1/3 elevators were working, and I was on the seventh floor, taking the stairs was not always ideal for me and my significant other. On a good note, friendly check-in personnel.
