Eddie on nights is rude as it gets, they charge a deposit with the claim you will get it back when you check out, I stayed one night with my daughter for her competition we only slept there left nothing wrong except a messy bed and they kept the deposit. The building smelled horrible. The room was extremely hot. It's hard to get out of there to go anywhere traffic is horrible and you can only turn right. Save yourself and go across the bridge.

Junkies all over the place. Air conditioning stopped working, they said open the window. Absolutely filthy, the phone in the room didn’t work. No breakfast as advertised. Literally a gallon of milk everyone was touching and half a box of cereal. The bagels, well the two that were there, were expired from 2012!!! The card to get in your room kept shutting off, so we constantly had to get it reprogrammed to get in our room. Please stay far away from this dump! I wish I could get my money back

The room was completely fine and clean, but the hotel overall (hallways, lobby, etc) was just old and didn’t feel clean. It got the job done for a last minute trip with hote availability limited, would stay elsewhere if we had other options

The rooms need some attention with the paint rust in the bathroom ceiling piece is coming down the trim around the room coming off the walls the door to get in to the property on the far side where the room was at had two screws in it so it was never locked. The staff was great and the property was clean I think the owner needs to work on fixing up the place also get so pest control out there because there where bugs in the room

Convenient but needs repairs and a good cleaning

Staff was friendly, check in was smooth, and the location was convenient. Those are about the only positives. We stayed one night while passing through traveling. Our room was a king bed and while it had adequate space, the room needed a deep clean and repairs from the stained and dirty chair, the loose flooring, the loose and dirty looking tiles in the bathroom and dead, squished bugs on the ceiling. The hallway carpet from the check in to our room looked like it hadn't been vacuumed let alone steam or shampoo cleaned in ages. The trash can outside the D entrance was overflowing with garbage. It's not likely we would stay there again when traveling.

This place is more smoke filled than a casino! They demand proof of my medical condition for my service dog and wjen i refused they said its a $40 charge for pets when the sign by the counter and the website says $10. I left after realizing the room was smoked out and the guy at the deak said the website lied its not a smoke free hotel. DISGUSTING!

The first room we were given was dirty. There was still trash from the previous person who stayed there. It smelled terrible! The hallways were very dirty. I don't even know how they call what they served "breakfast". We ended up going out for breakfast instead. There was no iron or blow dryer in the room. I asked for them and they were not available. Overall this was an awful experience. I would never stay here again!

The worst experience of my life!!!

The worst stay I have ever had 3rd shift accused my husband of being someone else kicked him out of the hotel we have never stayed there before. They wouldn't look at his id to prove he wasn't this person just told him to leave. Then because I asking to speak to management then told me to leave. Never in my life have I been so I'm embarrassed. I will never stay at a hotel owned by that company and I'll make sure everyone knows what they did.

I would never stay here again. The parking lot smelled of Marijuana, hookers and crackheads in the parking lot and homeless people living in cars in the parking lot. The hallway to the rooms smelled like marijuana, anyone could walk in the hotel with out a card key, doors were not secured so people were roaming the hallways all night long. The tv didn’t work in the room and there was no hot water to the room. Guy at the desk told me I should have called maintenance and sorry about my luck… never stay there again! Awful experience!

This room shouldn't have been open to the public. The plank flooring was installed badly, and planks were loose. I walked carefully because I was afraid of pulling up a plank, tripping, or injuring myself. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The staff wasn't hostile, but they weren't exactly friendly. They went below and within. Find somewhere else.

The bathtub drain was clogged and they removed hair, but it needed drain cleaner each time i used the shower, water would rise to 3 inches or more. The ice machine was not working and the vending machine was empty! Very limited breakfast as well.
