I stayed here for 2 weeks while visiting my son and grandchildren. I worked from the hotel room during the day had no problems connecting or maintaining connection to Wi-Fi. The breakfast in the mornings was buffet style with eggs, pancakes, waffles some sort of meat like sausage or bacon. It was what would be expected from a buffet breakfast. The staff was very friendly and helpful. They stopped by the room every day to see if I needed help with anything or if they could service the room. I have no issues with my stay and I would happily stay there again on my next trip to Colorado Springs.

Room was pretty clean, but the floor in the entrance and bathroom was sticky. It's an older hotel and had a nursing home feel walking down the hallways. But the breakfast was outstanding! No wonder you have to have a voucher from the desk. If I lived close by I'd be trying to slip in for breakfast too.

Our stay was nice. I was worried about sound from the airport but in the room I didn't hear any planes taking off or landing. Breakfast was excellent, one of the best hotel breakfast I've had. Rooms were comfortable and I thought the bed was very comfortable. Kids enjoyed time in the pool. Nice courtyard area. Had a great weekend.

We really liked our stay there, and the staff and the driver that picks you up was very friendly and helpful. The only negative I would say is the shower is in a bathtub not in a shower stall that was about the only negative we would have said about that room.
