The front desk staff were awesome - friendly, courteous, and helpful. We had a HVAC problem that they got corrected promptly. The room was excellent. Overall, one of the best stays I've ever had.

The room was roomy they accepted our two boys(dogs) with no issues. Beautiful area. Went to a concert and wasn't far from our location. Coffee was great! Staff happy to do everything to make our stay exceptional!! We will stay here for every concert we go see in Colorado springs Colorado!!!

Checking was ok, had a Jaccusi Suit and had to ask again for Sheet Set, that's the second d time since we stayed there. Tye best thing about that Hotel is Michael from the Breakfast Room, friendly and keeps tye place clean. Front Desk is a little on the unfriendly side, but nothing we hadn't experienced last year either when we stayed there. The Custodian was super friendly. It's our go to hotel when we left and came back. Breakfast is always good and the place runs great except for Friday when Mr Michis off.

Staff is very friendly and the rooms are large and very clean. Breakfast was your typical continental breakfast you get at hotels. This is the second time we have stayer there and will stay there again whenever we are in Colorado Springs.
