Breakfast was a little burnt and the breakfast attendant didn’t seem to acknowledge anyone in the room when we got food. The room we were in was amazing and very clean. The housekeepers were amazing especially when it came to asking for our room to be cleaned and extra towels and amenities. The front desk people however were rude and kept making snide comments about the guests having dogs and how we were wasting their time because our dog would have probably ruined the room.. The parking was alright a little tight but can’t help that none. The pool was good other than it isn’t heated and the hot tub broke down during our stay

Room was clean. Had to move because TV didn’t work and had to be on second floor and no elevator. Can’t say it was my favorite place.

Comfortable rooms. Friendly staff. The amenities were all open and in good working order. It was over the holidays, glad to see they warned the guests and allowed their staff time off with their families. There is no elevator on the property.
