There were no arrival instructions. Had to make phone calls to figure out how to get inside. Once inside realized there was no private entrance. The space had not been properly cleaned. There were cleaning supplies left out on the counter and dirty towels in a basket near the shower. We found another place to stay and asked for a refund which we did receive.
Stayed 2 nights in Feb 2026
