Vacations Close To Colonial Belle Cruise Dock

One of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. Advertised free breakfast which was a lie. Asked the hotel about this and they said they gave bi breakfast. Asked for a credit and denied. Picked the hotel due to location and free breakfast. Smelled like smoke. The tile in the floors popped up. Had hair in the shower and sink. Wasn’t clean at all. Felt like I needed to shower as soon as I got home just to recover from the hotel.

It said airport shuttle ….. but it only ran from 6am on and we had to be there at 5. It was about a 15 min drive to airport. Bed was comfy. Pillows not much. Wasn’t the greatest but it worked for what we needed.

Balanced Review: New Property with a Few Operational Hiccups Positives: Modern Property: The hotel is relatively new, clean, and has a fresh feel. Friendly Staff: The service team was helpful and accommodating. Negatives: Water Pressure Issues: There seems to be a fundamental plumbing issue affecting water pressure throughout the hotel. I was initially placed on the 4th (top) floor, where the water pressure was too low for a proper shower. Due to high occupancy, it took some effort to change rooms, and I was moved to the 1st floor. While slightly better, the pressure there was still only barely acceptable. Street Noise: Rooms facing the road side experience a noticeable amount of street noise. Unreliable Amenities: The hotel offers complimentary fresh-bean coffee (advertised from 5:00 AM to 1:00 PM), but it was out of beans most of the time. When I asked the front desk staff to refill it, I was simply told they were completely out.

The property is Amazing! If you book a stay here - you will always remember it! One of the most unique experiences I have ever encountered! Bring chalk!!
