The good was the location. It was close to the old city. The staff tried to be helpful. Had a little bit of a language. Barrier parking can get tough late in the afternoon the bad. The breakfast was not our favorite thing. The hot plate was barely warm. By the time you got your food. It was cold. Suggestion would be move the coffee machine away from the food because it’s in the corner and it produces a very congested area

Everything was fine but it was kind of too pricey for the hotel and the breakfast. Maybe the prices are so high due to the christmas market, which the hotel has the perfect location (very good accessible by car and still pretty close to the markets).

Superb value for a great hotel in a central locati

We were pleasantly surprised by this hotel and didn’t expect it to be so good due to the low price, however it was excellent, located with 5 mins walk to the main centre, the staff were very helpful and friendly. Parking was free and they have free squash and coffee. The breakfast was superb with a great choice.

We stayed for one night. Hotel room was very clean and hotel staff were very friendly. The hotel has a few parking spots for free but there is also a parking house close by for 3€ for 24h. It takes around 10-15 minutes to walk to the city. Our room was faced to the street. It was a bit noisy but okay. Surprisingly the windows were soundproof

Highly recommend

This hotel was fantastic. The rooms are modern, spacious and have the bonus of either a memory foam or standard pillow. There is water bottle filling station and a coffee machine in the lobby available at all hours. The breakfast buffet had a plentiful selection, though there is a charge. The only drawback is the long walk,a good 30 minutes from the train station. 12 mins to the Christmas markets.

The room at this hotel was ridiculously small. I was staying with my daughter, and there was not enough room to lay out our bags. We had to take turns in the morning packing up. The bathroom was quite large, which made no sense to me and we stored some stuff in there, the hotel is a 15 minute walk from the Christmas market so the location was handy. The ladies at the front desk are very helpful. There was only instant coffee in the room as there was no room for a coffee maker. The room is heated and cooled by a unit above the bed that blew on the bed all night (the bed filled the room so there was no other place it could blow). The amount of money we pay for this room I would not stay again!

Excellent climatized clean quiet room, comfy mattress, great shower pressure, breakfast pretty good (eggs, Brie cheese and others, croissants, other breads, cappuccino, other coffees and bio teas, delicious framboise yogurt, etc). Staff very friendly and helpful. Really nice area with games , decoration very cool :) will definitely come back when in Colmar next time.
