Did great, a huge and clean bedroom and bath, comfy bed, desk staff was always friendly and helpful. This is a glitzy, glamorous place. Do betters for management, ice machines on two floors were broken, one elevator was out of service, the TV in room had vertical lines running through it and dead batteries in the remote.

While the hotel is beautiful, the main focus should be THE COMFORT OF THE BED. MY BED WAS HORRIBLE - HARD and the AC unit was very loud; turned it off to sleep but then it was too hot (July 4th weekend). The male clerk at the front desk appeared to be irritated (checked in around 11p on 7/4) and was rude to customer in line. Not a friendly reception at all.

I have stayed here plenty of times. The tvs on the 5th floor are not the best. The king beds are the way to go. The beds in room 723 needs to be replaced badly. I prefer the rooms on the 8th and 9th floor. The staff are amazing and it is always really clean. Parking is plenty and every kind of restaurant and store you need is in a 3 mile radius.

I think the staff and the clean room made it enjoyable and it was quiet even though we were right next to Hwy 95, I was able to get work done and talk with friends, overall a good stay. And they upgrade the floors when you come in, so that was an added touch.

I was pleasantly surprised by the improvements and the beautiful renovation of the hotel. It's in excellent condition, the bed is super comfortable, the carpet is clean, everything was great, and the price was very reasonable. I was very satisfied and highly recommend it. Can tell the rooms are Older couple leaks. Good location, surrounded by different food options. Staff was nice. Suggestion get rid of all the sheets and comforters. I know they’ve been cleaned, I can smell that. However, the stains are unsettling and a little distracting. So much so that my second trip I brought my own sheets. I also found hair and a lot of odd places so my second visit. Also I bought Lysol wipes and cleaning supplies overall still a nice hotel cleaning could be better and not to place blame on the housekeeping staff there’s no blame placed anywhere. Let’s just pay attention to the stains and get rid of those that have them. I’m not sure whether it’s the detergent. What else could the stains come from? That’s what makes it unsettling and quite disturbing. I still love the hotel, though I haven’t been back since.
