An unforgettable stay with an incredible sunset view. From the moment we arrived, everything about our stay was exceptional. Our room was extraordinary — beautifully designed, comfortable, and with a stunning view that made it feel truly special. Having our own private pool was an amazing touch and made the stay even more relaxing. The common pool area was another highlight, especially around sunset. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and watching the sun go down over the ocean from the hotel was one of the most memorable parts of our trip. What really stood out, though, was the customer service. The staff were warm, attentive, and genuinely made us feel welcome throughout our stay. Every little detail seemed thoughtfully taken care of. Between the spectacular location, incredible views, beautiful room, private pool, and outstanding hospitality, this was easily one of the most memorable hotel stays we’ve had. The room we were assigned has gone far too long without maintenance, furniture that has already reached the end of its useful life. The cleanliness was poor. The surrounding areas are poorly maintained; they need to take urgent action and close for major maintenance. The only thing that lives up to the price is the food (breakfast, lunch, and dinner); the drinks and cocktails are of very poor quality. We have stayed at various all-inclusive resorts in different countries around the world, but this was the first one that left us feeling disappointed.
