Save your money! There are far better places. Came for honeymoon. The place was dead. Nothing like the reputation they have. No shows no fun pool parties just maybe 20 people wading in the water. The night party had maybe 10 on the dance floor with awul outdated music. fWe stayed in the master suite. Hot tub was empty and filthy. They give an almost useless butler since check out time is 11 and our butler was unavailable till noon and during our stay only available by text! Nothing about the room service food says premiere whatsoever. Express check out is a lie they made us wait in a line for over 15 minutes. While waiting in front of everyone around a room walks up and loudly says its come to our attention you took the beach bag that they put on the bed looking complimentary with no sign to say otherwise unless we wanted to pay 60 bucks. OK cool my bad but why not pull us aside discreetly instead of embarrassing with the tone that we stole after spending thousands.

Disappointing Experience for $3,500 – Clean Grounds and Great Food Can’t Make Up for Poor Management Dates of Stay: September 9, 2026 – September 16, 2026 We recently completed a weeklong stay, and while there were some positives, the overall experience fell far short of expectations for a $3,500 trip. Room & Cleanliness Issues We had to change rooms twice during our 7-night stay: Room 1: Ocean view room with a pleasant layout, but it had a strong, lingering musty odor. Room 2: Switched after two days, only to find ants crawling on and around the nightstands next to the bed. To make matters worse, we discovered hair underneath the mattress cover. Manager Response: When I reported the ants and hair to the front desk, the manager on duty dismissively told me, "Well, we are in the middle of the jungle, so there’s bound to be ants." This lack of accountability was unacceptable. Room 3: We were finally moved to a third room to finish our stay. Dining Restrictions The website advertises five restaurants, but the reality was very different: One restaurant was closed every day, and the buffet was never open for dinner. This left only three dining options available each night. Staff explained that this was due to the "slow season." However, nowhere on the website does it disclose reduced restaurant schedules or dinner closures. Paying top-tier prices ($3,500) shouldn't mean sacrificing core amenities. Service & Positives Pool Service: Hit or miss depending on the day.
