“Not withstanding the new TV, microwaves and taps, the carpets, moulding etc is well beyond its time. But the soundproofing of rooms is terrible. I could hear everything including whispering from the next room and there are no staff to deal with the parties, that broke out on two of the 4 nights i was there, nor the fight that broke out in the hallway. I was threatened by one of the “guests” and ended up leaving at 1:00 am to drive back to Victoria.

“Disappointing, our room (212) was near exit door which frequently slammed and in the evenings it sounded like furniture being moved around in the room above. The carpet needs replacing as it has lots of stains, room was not made up on the 2nd day and had to ask for clean towels.”
