There was mold around the tub/shower wall area, mold around sink faucet, shower curtain rod so broken the curtain couldn't close entirely, shower head dripped all night (loud), and bed closest to windows has a broken frame. Will not stay there again!

My room was moved due to ants in the bed and bathroom, the pool was freezing, the bag breakfast I refused I checked out and came home to cook breakfast. I wouldn’t suggest this hotel to anyone.

I reserved a room for me and my children. We get to the hotel and there is only a reservation for 2. I had to book another room which was cheaper than to buy extra wrist bands for my children because in order to get in the pool everybody had to have a wrist band. The rooms took forever to cool down when we got there and breakfast included was a joke. There was bread orange juice coffee and milk.

Most other reviews on the property are spot on. It's dated and needs work. Beds and linens were clean and bug free. The price per night is about right for what you will be staying in. Convenient to Cleveland with service from Lyft and Uber.

The first room we checked into had stained bed linens. The second room was missing a toilet paper dispenser and refrigerator. The rooms next to us were also very load. The entire hotel smelled like marijuana. We checked out and went to another hotel. The parking lot also seemed unsafe and there was garbage all over the lot.

The room was disgustingly dirty, there were stains on the pure white comforter, bugs and mouse poop on the bed and a pillow (not case- actual pillow) was covered in blood. Hotel smelled like marijuana, and people were openly smoking in the elevator and halls.

The property reminded me of the hotel in the shining - super big but no one there. My room - I think was recently renovated - it had seating for 10 + a king sized bed and it looked larger than the furniture in the room. The electrical outlet was missing a cover - and there was fresh spackle on the wall - it worked for what I needed it for.

It was dirty. The bed was terrible. The mattress sunk significantly in the middle. There was garbage everywhere. It was very musty smelling. The vent in the bathroom was caked in dust/dirt. The curtains were falling off of the rod. The ventilation system took hours to cool the room and it sounded like a jet.

He sent us to a room that was occupied, then the second room wasn’t clean. The bathroom has mold, the tub was leaking, the walls had paint peeling, the floor needed to be shampooed. There were prostitutes and drug addicts wondering around! Worst hotel experience EVER
