We stayed here while my husband had surgery at Cleveland Clinic. The kindness from every staff person was amazing. They were so professional no matter their job. Our room was spotless. The food both in the restaurant and room service was excellent. Highly recommend and will stay there if we need to come back.

While the room was clean and comfortable, the hallways were not. We were happy there was a bar/restaurant but the food and service were mediocre. To be fair, the serving staff was not adequate in number but the servers working were hustling and as attentive as possible. Kudos to the young woman at the front desk…extremely nice and helpful. Small but functional gym is available.

I had a very positive stay at the InterContinental Suites Hotel Cleveland. Its location—just a short walk to the Cleveland Clinic—makes it incredibly convenient, especially for medical visits. The suites are spacious, the beds are very comfortable, and the shuttle service to and from the hospital is a big plus, particularly in cold weather. The staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Areas for improvement would include updating the rooms and bathrooms with more modern, upscale finishes and ensuring more thorough housekeeping. Overall, a comfortable and highly convenient place to stay.

Breakfast buffet was overpriced and mediocre at best. Bacon was swimming in grease and water. Eggs we runny and in water. Coffee in lobby was out one morning and missing cups and creamer out the next morning. Staff was very nice and helpful though
