This is my first time with Embassy suites, and I have stayed only tonight, but it is clean and the location is very useful for me because my my grandson who I am visiting is within the area only. Breakfast is very good. The staff is very respectful and always smiling.

Decent place to stay with breakfast. The Embassy suites Beachwood has been our go to place when we come to town for years. It’s convenient to major highways and shopping and good restaurants. The accommodations have declined a bit over the years in terms of ; some stains on the carpet and furniture and bedding’ although the place is obviously cleaned, only one elevator working for 2 years in a row, light blown out in the stair wells, access to side doors without key cards,and the shower knob was stripped. The staff remain helpful and pleasant and the breakfast is still a plus.

Place was a little dated, but seemed very clean. Staff was very nice. The room we were in, 320, had some, very noticeable red stain on the living room carpet but that was really all. The sheets seemed new, but not high thread count. You can tell that this place is taken care of, everything in the public area was super clean. The breakfast buffet, they always knock it out of the park! Friendly breakfast staff, clean and well maintained!! Everything was so good! They do a fantastic job!

A nice quiet hotel except when the Cavaliers were playing the Detroit Pistons. Lots of screaming in the lobby. Like the Premium King Suite with the couch and the bedroom in another room. Breakfast great.

the hotel is cute as can be, i loved the whole ambiance of it. everything was clean and nicely put together. the staff was great, there was a problem in their system with my reservation expedia had made, but the staff fixed it quick with no worries in my mind. a 10/10 stay, and would stay there every time i’m in the area

The staff were amazing especially Rhonda. But our room was horrible. The room had an overwhelming odor of sewage. The GM sent house keeping and spoke to her in her native tongue when she was clearly speaking English. Housekeeping then grabbed spray bottle with a solution in it. I requested for no deodorizer to be sprayed but after we left the room, that's exactly what happened. The maintenance man entered the room without announcing while we were getting dressed. We returned to the room to an overwhelming odor of potpourri and sewage. So no resolution and we were forced to limit our time in the room because it caused headaches. The GM never followed up as promised with any resolution.
