Had a reunion in town and went to room afterwards. There was a light above the sink that needed replaced because it was flashing and the sink drain was blocked. Other than that, it appeared to be comfortable. Went the next morning to the front desk to inform of the issues and waited for 15 minutes for the guy to get off his phone (which he didn't) and then another person showed up and informed her of the issues with the room. If housekeeping had been in that room that day, they would have known of the problems and should have been resolved before we ever checked in. Obviously not too concerned about there customers.

The staff is nice. The breakfast is usually solid but the juice machine was broken. This was my 3rd time staying here. All 3 times the end has been awhile, almost broken. Sheets are wrinkled. Hotel could use some updating… a little dingy and items were broke in the room (towel rack broken and laying on the floor, mini fridge made noise on and off all night). Bathroom floor cracked and shower looked stained. Walls were paper thin and we could hear entire conversations like they were in the room with us. No way to close the heavy drapes (only the sheer ones) so light came in from street lights and in the morning with the sun. The room was clean however and bed was comfortable. Decent for the price but wouldn’t stay here again if I had other options.

My room was clean, quiet and the bed/bedding and pillows were the most comfortable ever! I wanted to take that all home with me lol Breakfast~ it is enough for me and when I get there after a 12 hour shift of working all night, it's nice to just grab some breakfast and head to my room. I do wish there was ice the lemon water for a cold drink on my way back out to work in the evening. I do enjoy my stay here and I will stay again

Our stay was just ok.... maintenance was lacking and highway noise was an issue for us. Proximity to the highway (I-71) is a plus, as well. This is a convenient location.

To be honest, the room was fine. Hot water and a comfortable bed no complaints there… my complaints come with it is regard to breakfast. Breakfast ends at 9 AM. I went at eight. They were completely out of everything including coffee. The girl that was working the food was busy talking on her phone and running the front desk and trying to manage food service as well.. I came down three times between eight and nine and finally at 9:45 she put out a few new food items.. and finally coffee right at 9 o’clock. The bread was empty. The Juice machine was not working at all. No sausage no potatoes and finally they got eggs at 8:45..
