Great stay! I was in town for one night and had never stayed at an Aloft property before. I've already recommended this brand to my wife for her upcoming travels this year. The room was spotless, and the furniture was clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff was helpful, offering dinner suggestions near the ballpark. They stored my luggage while I visited the R&R HOF. The location is perfect for entertainment and sports. I would definitely stay here again.

Room was great, and staff was amazing. I didn't realize when I booked I didn't get a handicap room for my mother. The front desk worker quickly changed our room, and even helped us move our luggage. The bartender Eric was so so fun and made a long travel more enjoyable.

I've stayed here before and brought my family for a baseball game and to explore the city. Love the location. It's at an intersection of the city, lake, and river, so quick access to each. When we arrived, the staff was very warm and welcoming. It was a pretty quiet hotel. Cleaning staff did a great job too. We especially liked having access to a pool table. It was a nice small touch which went a long way for us. Fantastic visit. Only hotel we'll ever use in Cleveland.

PERFECT location!! Walkable to everything and plenty of the Veo electric bikes, scooters, mopeds if you want to ride. Room was very nice with fridge, microwave, and coffee. Pillows a little lumpy would be my only concern. Bar and restaurants in same building. Pool table, cornhole, little market in lobby very helpful especially because I forgot a toothbrush but they gave it gratis:)
