“The hotel isn't anything like the pictures. It is filthy and very uninviting. Staff were very young and were not interested in engaging. The floors were old and covered in stains. The bathroom was mouldy and smelly. No room on a vanity to put a toilet bag. Shower was dirty and mouldy. I would not recommend this to anyone. No lift so if you have bags you need to carry them up a flight of stairs. Doors were banging all night, very hard to sleep. Arrived late so no other option but to stay. ...

“I liked that there were cabins on Main North Rd close to shops that was able to accommodate all of myself and seven other Family members . And not far from the city as well. I think it was good.
But I booked two cabins and the cleaners came and only cleaned one and not the both, especially when I needed more towels.
But the staff were friendly, and helpful though.
I enjoyed my stay.”

Wardrobe shelves dropped at night which shocked us a bit. A little maintenance will do the job.”

“You know when you book a room and get excited because the pictures show old world charm and cosy nooks and gorgeous decor and then you get into the room and realise you’ve been catfished because the carpet is so old it smells like wet dog and death, the cobwebs say hi to you, the decor is “we refurbed the pub so enjoy the old 80s pub chairs and bingo table” and you’re tossing up which saggy bed wins the ‘can I sleep on it’ lotto? Well yeah…. That’s it. The photos do not match the quality of the...

“Everything was pretty good, but the Chicken Schnitzel, when it arrived at my Table, it was flat as a pancake and when i cut it and chewed it, it was like chewing on hard burnt leather and the salad was a few pieces of cabbage an two half pieces of tomato. The chips were great, crisp and yummy. I did not want to complain as the person cooking it could be new, or flat out, or having personal problems, or just did not care.
Anyway, this is just to let you know, my stay was great and will stay with...
