Vacations Close To City of Canyon Lake City Hall

The inside of the room was more modern compared to the outside so when we first came it threw us off. Also shower was a half glass layout, so had to lay a towel out to prevent slipping. But aside from that, staff was helpful in assisting with parking and everyone seemed nice.

Old decor in the room with a strange arrangement of the sink being outside the bathroom. Quite dark lobby and hallways. Didn’t receive the items promised such as bottled water in the room so had to request these after checkin. The restaurant, Truva, is excellent however!

DO NOT STAY!! GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE OR SLEEP IN YOUR CAR Hotel booked was COMPLETELY DIFFERENT THAN THEIR PICTURES AND INFORMATION (Online claimed 3stars, actually 2stars, claimed Hotel, actually Motel) - front desk man knocked and attempted to barge into my room on 4 separate occasions while my wife was in the shower. Even though I asked them to leave repeatedly, they continued trying to come in. I did not complete my stay here as I had to leave due to FEAR of them coming into my room during the night. I am filing serious charges against the hotel, Including to State Attorney General’s Consumer Protection Division for deceptive advertising and false star ratings, to the FTC & BBB, they have also been reported to Expedia and 3rd party app platforms This was NUMEROUS SERIOUS VIOLATION & FRAUD

Great stay, my favorite hotel so far!!

Very nice stay, rooms smelled amazing and were very clean . The food from the restaurant was really good and the room service was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay. Will be coming back!

Very helpful staff at check in and check out. The room was spacious and clean and the bed was so comfortable. There are no blackout curtains so expect to be greeted in the morning with sunlight. The parking situation is not ideal but we did pay to park across the street for $40 over night. They do have a bar in the lobby and one by the pool and the complimentary bottle of wine is a nice touch. Also we were given a $20 credit to use during our stay which I thought was great.
