City Center Vacation Packages for 2026

Not recommended at all. Very old property needs renovating badly. No interaction with staff at all. No one will meet or greet you. No room service or freshening the bedsheets / towels for five days. Air conditioning was old and not cooling enough. No shampoo or body wash in the room, you have to go and get from reception. The worst thing of all is the lack of consideration of the staff and manager to my personal circumstances where I had to leave the property and the country halfway through the booking. They refused to waive the penatly fees despite providing documentation supporting the medical/compassionate grounds that I was going through. The third party booking prrovider was advocating for me but the hotel took a very long time to respond and eventually took all the money without any considerstion. I would not recommend staying there because of the worn down property and the lack of compassion/interaction from staff.

Bathroom door doesnt cover the entire bathroom, otherwise the hotel was an amazing experience. There's a 40USD per night village amendment fee that's not disclosed on the pricing so watch out for that - but this is definitely one of the best places to stay at Miami Beach.
