Check in process was a little longer then expected… check in begin at 3, I didn’t check in til after 4 due to hotel still cleaning my room and waiting on clean linens. However, the room was clean… smelled nice and comfortable so the extra wait wasn’t too bad.

I was disappointed in my stay. The hotel was very noisy from guests inside and outside the hotel and then there was a reoccurring knocking noise that kept waking me up throughout the night. The hotel is in a decent location with food and other things nearby, but I won't be giving them a second chance.

Use caution

Not a place for children. Definitely a place for drug addicts to stay for cheap. Saw a woman roll around in the parking lot waiting for Uber eats... Many people saw it and there reaction said this happens often. When the vending machines have steel fences covering the glass, that's a dead giveaway. Now that being said, nothing bad happen to me and everyone was friendly.

Compared to other hotels we've stayed at in this area, for the price, this hotel was a let down. The rooms were sparse. The beds weren't much above a fold-out futon in a dorm room. And this was the upgraded room. The mattress would slide around the skeleton frame. No side table by bed. No lamps. No iron or ironing board. No small bottles of shampoo/conditioner. No facial tissues. A small hand soap provided for 4 night stay. NO ice machine on property. No ice trays for the freezer. Carpet in hallways smelled like mold. For the price, could not imagine us ever choosing to stay here again. On the positive, the staff were very nice.

Rude staff, arrived just at 3pm for check-In and was told no I couldn’t check in as it was shift change: I apologized and stepped outside for a moment; went back in and they had closed the window; but continued to talk to each other. About 10 after 3 I was able to check in, went to check out the room. It was nice and spacious for the price and good amenities for the price, however there were 3 roaches within 30 seconds that I noticed 1 one door, 1 on counter; 1 more on floor on way out. I was kind of scared to do more looking before returning with some roach spray. Overall 4/10.

Staff were outstanding, rooms were very basic and mostly long term residents. Problem I had was there were many roaches. Not good

The front service lady was nice. The room smelled so bad. The towels in the room looked unwashed. Thankfully we came late and checked out early as we were there for tournament. I had to checkout early and they told me to leave the door key under the front door. After i left a message as no one picked up my call, to call back. I never received one.

First off, this is NOT a conventional hotel and that needs to be made obvious! Its an extended stay! People LIVE there for periods of time. The lady at the front desk was very kind and professional, but thats as good as it gets. When i went to the room, i noticed the pillow wasnt even placed properly. There was some kind of tissue unflushed in the toilet. A wash clothe was just tossed on a shelf, and worst of all a dead bug on the floor. Then on the wall was a roach crawling! That was ENOUGH for me and my wife to turn and leave!

I wouldn't stay again

The location isn't that great. Not a lot of restaurants or gas stations around the area. The rooms were odd. Metal bed frames, no lamps, older tv, old carpet, no coffee pot. There was a refrigerator, stove (no oven) and microwave. Only one sheet on the beds to cover up with. No blankets so bring your own!! Halls were noisy and the whole place smelled like weed. A lot of dogs during our stay. There was a large hole cut out in the wall behind the room door for some reason. I killed a roach in the bathroom. 2 towels and 2 washcloths only. The girl at the front desk was nice during check in. I just wouldn't recommend this hotel. It was cheap so I guess you get what you pay for.

Tired run down long term no anything motel

It's a basic budget room longer stay Motel. You get what you pay for. This was cheap and closest to jungle jim's event center. Showing up at 7:45pm for checking in, there was nobody at the desk. No lobby or public bathroom. Just a sign they were on break till 8:30pm. By 9pm got keys that didn't work. 2 tries later got working room key cards. The while big was minimal. Had working full size refrigerator, duel hot plate, and sink. Broken Microwave. AC work but cover was falling off. While the room sorta look clean. There was dust and yuck both floor in the bathroom walls and kitchen. No dishes or coffee maker. two small towels. No wash cloths. At least the two beds were clean, and fairly comfortable. No lamps, just over head lights, no radio or clock. Working TV bolted to broken dresser. While there no smoking signs all over. Smell of smokers outside and in halls. Thin walls above to either side. Also road noise from the city street. Area has various restaurants, which good. There several other budget places, which may have been nicer or just as bad. Area didn't look unsafe, but i felt better not leave anything in car while staying there. Staff was busy with other guest drama. Reported the broken stuff, got the impression it was planned to be fixed. Did see a cleaning staff working on other rooms, but also got impression they did minimum needed. Several guest has dogs, look like they were more long term renters and just travelers. Will stay elsewhere.

There was no ice ANYWHERE in the room or building, no coffee packets & no cups. Roaches when when I walked in the hotel & in the room. No phone. ALL OUTSIDE DOORS lock at 11p (you can go out but not get in). This was not a good experience!
