The staff was excellent. We had a large number of guests in the lobby for a long time. Their were very tolerant of us and we very much appreciated it. Hotel was clean and quiet. Great weekend.

The location was very close to Kings Island. The breakfast in the morning had a nice selection. The staff was helpful. We had to have our room moved twice upon check in due to dirty conditions of the rooms given to us, which was disappointing. The staff was accommodating, but we will likely not stay again.

The hotel is nice and appears well maintained. It is an 8 minute drive from Kings Island which is a major plus. We were only here to shower, sleep, and to have breakfast so to us it was completely fine. The staff were nice and the breakfast was good. The only issue we encountered was that the room fridge did not get cold at all. Other than that a pleasant stay. We would book again if coming to KI!
