This is the third time I have booked this hotel for a visiting family member, each time with rave reviews. My mother’s recent stay was perfect. Alex, the hotelier who checked her in, was so very helpful and pleasant. My mom loved her stay. I will be having more family stay next week and they have already booked their room on my suggestion. Highly recommend.

We can highly recommend Sonesta ES Suites. We enjoyed the cozy little apartment, the well equipped kitchen, the comfortable bed and the friendliness of the staff. The dining area is so attractive and the breakfast buffet was excellent! This will be our place to stay in Cincinnati!

Very good value compared to similar nearby hotels. Room was comfortable, clean, and nicely equipped. Exterior areas of the property were not clean - cigarette butts in stairways and halls. Landscaping poorly kept. Breakfast was good - nothing fancy but it had the basics. (Coffee was very poor however). Overall, for the price, this property is recommended.

The property was clean, neat and well cared for. The breakfast area was well stocked and tended with better than average food quality. The staff we encountered were all friendly and helpful. The units are spread out across multiple smaller buildings with several units to a building and each with its own exterior door. Similar to an apartment complex. That allows the units to be larger and more spacious (which they were indeed) and for you to park close to your door but without feeling like a cheap motel. We were pleased with our stay and would do so again.
